The Roman Porno series certainly likes to visit common kinks; nurses, school girls, nuns, etc. This one deals with those sexy bedpan changers and catheter inserters, but is combined with dorm room shenanigans. Double fetish alert!

Yukari has always dreamed of being a nurse and is very excited to throw on the uniform and serve. Her first days starts off great, with a horny old patient hiding under his hospital bed to peek up her dress. The other nurses seem to just laugh of this behavior as a normal part of work. Back at the dorm her room mate sneaks in her boyfriend for some finger bangin’ and 69in’. This gets the virginal Yukari all horned up so she quietly starts to “take her own temperature.” The senior nurse finds out about this and since this is against the rules she lays down the law. The punishment is forcibly getting hosed down in the shower, so I guess this roughly qualifies as a Women in Prison flick as well?

Yukari might really have a secret crush on a cool doctor though. He is a surgeon, and we actually get operation room footage with some gore. I can’t believe going into this I thought this might be a lesser entry in the series. It has everything! Yukari’s roommate hasn’t learned her lesson and has your boyfriend over again, so Yukari makes the best of it by visiting the doctor. He quickly takes her virginity, but not before a little analingus. Take that Lena Dunham and your faux edginess. The only problem is the doctor might be just a bit off. He mentions how beautiful a compound fracture was that he treated and how he wanted to stare at it forever. Most people would consider that a bit of a warning sign. He’s so good at steaming her clam that she doesn’t recognize anything yet. The doctor is into butt stuff, because he’s quickly asking to poke her poop chute. He is all class about it though, because he takes a giant handful of Crisco and spackles her crack up before punching it in. Every encounter they have just keeps escalating.

He strips her nude and forces her to walk down the hallways of the hospital totally nude. He borderline rapes her in front of a guy who had a crush on her, while saying a ton of degrading things like “she liked my asshole…..she reeks like my semen”. Yukari is pretty much mentally broken down at this point. The doctor offers her up to the crush if he can pour one bottle of booze into another without spilling a drop, or else he will cut off the guy’s pinkie finger. Yukari some how turns it around on the doc, who can’t go through with it. She is finally free from his grip, but just jumps into bed with the crush. Then it ends on her picking up a piece of a broken bottle and it ends.

While not as debaucherous as it sounds, this goes from goofy fun to a bit of a downer. It also wraps up a bit abruptly. I kind of hope the doctor might re-appear in another entry, because it feels like there is a lot more to dig into that character. I liked it, but it felt a bit uneven. It almost could have been two separate titles, but at just over an hour it certainly isn’t boring. The picture is about average for a Roman Porno, which may be due to the darker overall cinematography that matches the tone of the second half.
