Darling young Miki’s marital happiness is shattered when her honeymoon is interrupted by a couple of ruffians who assault her husband and violate her. So embarrassed by this, Miki’s husband forces her to leave and never come back. Now feeling lost and suicidal, Miki encounters Priest Xavier, who convinces her to come with him and be taken under the wing of his flock of nuns, led by Sister Maria. But as Miki settles in, she soon learns that things aren’t as they first appeared… These nuns are part of a secret club for local sinners – a bacchanal where Miki, as the new girl, is to be sold off to the highest bidder who can then do whatever he wants with her. Miki’s love interest sees this as it happens – but will he be able to save her? After a brief hiatus, I’m back trying to work through this stack of discs to review. A nice way to gradually enter back into these waters is with a Roman Porno. Short running times, basic plot, and plenty of attention sustaining nudity. From the title, it is obvious what sort of exploitation this is going to be.

This one starts with a nurse marrying a doctor. Before even getting to go on a honeymoon, two thugs break into their apartment leading to some quick rape. Her, not him. Rather than deal with the shame of owning damaged goods, the husband basically says let’s end the marriage now before it begins. So much for those wedding vows! Like any disrespected Japanese person would, she resorts to suicide. Or at least attempted since a priest grabs her just as she is about to toss herself from a cliff. She can’t face society anymore, so she agrees to live her life in quiet service to God at a monastery. The credits finally begin after basically covering an entire art house movie in eight minutes.

This is Nikkatsu, so you know this won’t just be a basic downbeat drama. In no time a couple of nuns are masturbating with loaves of leftover Eucharist bread. This leads to more lesbianism in the basement, while a toilet cleaning eunuch priest looks on. This display angers him so much he starts to whip both of them, but they like the rough stuff so jokes on him. Our lead is rightly thrown by all of this and retreats to a chapel to ask what the hell is going on. She can’t catch a break because hiding behind a statue is some guy with a bullet in his shoulder. Lucky for him she used to be a nurse, so she cuts out the bullet with some decent effect work. He hides out as the cops are sniffing around, looking for him.

Our nurse probably would have been better off killing herself, because pretty much everyone in this movie is a total sleezebag. This all leads up to a giant party, including candle lit rituals, with rich men wearing weird masks as they auction off a furry. I hate to ask, but did Stanley Kubrick see this movie? Between The Shining and Eyes Wide Shut I’m suspicious. Not joking. A massive orgy ensues. While not the most mean spirited or perverted of the series, this is a pretty wild entry for 70 minutes. Much different from your European nunsploitation, so if you’ve had your fill of those but need to see more women wearing habits getting their nipples pinched you’re in luck.
